We reserve the right to restrict access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice.
Submitting a contact form or requesting an estimate does not create a binding contract or obligation on either party. A service agreement is only formed when both parties have signed a written contract and a deposit has been received by New Smyrna Beach Artificial Grass Installation. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, site conditions discovered during installation, or changes to the scope of work requested by the client.
Our standard payment schedule requires a deposit at the time of contract signing, with the balance due upon completion of the project. Specific payment terms will be set out in your written contract. Failure to make payment in accordance with agreed terms may result in work stoppages and additional charges. Any disputed amounts must be raised in writing within 5 business days of the date of invoice.
Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be requested in writing and approved by both parties before work proceeds. Change orders may affect the project price and timeline. We will provide a written estimate for any change order before proceeding. Verbal agreements to changes in scope are not binding.
The client is responsible for the following before installation begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, vandalism, improper maintenance, extreme weather events, pet damage beyond normal wear, or modifications made by anyone other than New Smyrna Beach Artificial Grass Installation. Details of the applicable warranty period and terms will be included in your written contract.
