6. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for the following before installation begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Providing clear access to the installation area and removing any personal property, furniture, or obstacles
• Notifying us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, drainage features, or other buried infrastructure
• Obtaining any required HOA approvals or permits prior to the start of work
• Ensuring that a responsible adult is present or reachable on the day of installation

We are not liable for damage to underground utilities, systems, or structures that were not disclosed to us prior to the start of work.

7. Warranty

Our installations are backed by the workmanship and material warranties described in your written service agreement. Warranties apply only to installations completed by our crew under normal conditions and maintained in accordance with our care guidelines. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, vandalism, improper maintenance, extreme weather events, pet damage beyond normal wear, or modifications made by anyone other than New Smyrna Beach Artificial Grass Installation. Details of the applicable warranty period and terms will be included in your written contract.

8. Limitation of Liability
